Sam Golub (she/her) is a New York-Based Artist, Administrator, Community Organizer, Activist, and Leader. She graduated in 2021 from Emerson College in Boston, MA, earning a BFA in Theatre Education and Performance with a focus in Theatrical Direction.

As the Event Manager of the 2023 NYC Pride March, she worked with a small team to plan, execute, and evaluate one of the largest LGBTQIA+ pride events in the world. She brings skills in time management, problem solving, and organization to create inclusive and accessible spaces for celebration and activism. Throughout her professional career, she has demonstrated her ability to handle complex and fast-paced projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and deliver memorable and impactful experiences for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

She has previously Organized for the NYC Dyke March, where she managed all aspects of the volunteer-led organization. Devoted to the protection and safety of the LGBTQIA+ Community, Sam is also an active Bouncer and Security Guard at several Queer Nightlife institutions, including Ginger’s Bar in Brooklyn. She is also the Owner/Operator of Butch-4-Hire, a Queer Handy Service for Queer People. Outside of working and organizing, Sam is mother to a 70-pound rescue Pitbull, Moo Loraine Golub.
